According to your requirements we are able to amend the length of wires of components, we will form and then tape it. The components delivered by us are ready to be immediately used in the manufacturing process. Cutting and forming of wires can be realized for piece and serial production too.
According to the requirements of our customers we are able to tape the majority of types of electronic components. Prior to taping we can to remeasure these components based on requiremends defined by you. We ensure the taping into standard and non-standard types of tapes. Taped components can be delivered on spools or in boxes by us.
We are able to ensure development, construction and manufacturing of special taping machines and then taping of small-sized parts according to documents you will deliver to us.
According to requirements of our CEM and OEM customers and as well of their suppliers we ensure storaging of electronic components, pre-manufacturing checking and preparation, and Just in Time deliveries directly to manufacturing line. Our logistic services includes environmental friendly disposal of used spools and taping materials too.
At manufacturing area of 1000 square meters we ensure precise assembly performances for our external customers. This workplace offers electrotechnic as well mechanic-technologic operations. The long-years experiences, skills of our workers,focus to high-quality and reliability are highly appreciated by our foreign partners.
